Waited 45 min in drive thru to get a half cooked chicken sandwich and about 10 fries for a large. Not to mention order was wrong. So COOKOUT is goo g down hill. So negative 5 tonight

Just pulled out of the drive thru, no offer of any condiments and our Sprites taste like dirty soap water.

They have great food but whoever makes the milkshakes at night time ALWAYS messes up my blueberry cheesecake milkshake... Nd half the time my order 😶😶😶 but during the day time the food is good, correct, nd staff is good... sadly the night time crew is so rude nd careless I can't bring myself to rate more than 2 stars! #Cookout on Patton Ave

Everything was great! Service was a little slow, but considering the time of night, it was expected. They messed up one little thing on my burger, but nothing to complain about. The guy at one of the drive thru windows was very friendly as well.

Descent food at a reasonable price. Friendly employees. I have never had bad service here, rarely get anything wrong with my order. The milkshakes are where it is though. I think that might be the main reason I keep going back

Tasty burgers and super cheap, as well as open very late. Coming back from a trip to the Smokies, there wasn't much else open. We waited about 20 minutes at the drive through. The person at the window was wearing a mask and gloves, which we appreciated. The fries here are not good though, unless you like limp floppy fries.

Just got perfectly made milkshakes with stellar service from the employee, Kayla, I don’t think I’ve been served by her before but I hope to see her smiling face at the window in the future. Hire more people like her!!!!

Clean, comfy, as this restaurant has a tendency to be, found the food on point, the bathrooms in good order, and the staff friendly, and helpful. I didn't catch the managers' name, but during a busy lunch shift he was courteous to our party :)

Cookout is inexpensive and delicious. I recommend them all over the south.

Saturday, August 15, 2020 @ 3:02am. Just thought I would let y'all know... Cook-Out still open till 4 a.m. on Saturday's. No tables outside, no dine in. Staff friendly.

Waited in the outside lane for 20 minutes while watching 20 cars to my left get there food and go. Girl taking order was an absolute trainwreck. Clearly didnt know how to use a mic. Will not go back until this person is jobless.

Got the new chorizo quesadilla, was good but had like 4 tiny pieces of chorizo, they're being stingy so look to see if there's even chorizo in it.

Love the Oreo mint milkshake, onion rings, and cookout style hamburger 😍

Definitely the place to go if your wanting your monies worth! Great food and large variety of delicious shakes. Never had an issue with the food. Good, simple and cheap.

Finally got cheese on my fries instead of my sandwich. Girl at the drivethrough window, june 17th 8:00pm. Amazing. Give that girl a raise.

Cookout is delicious and very cheap. I usually get the cookout style Burger meal. This comes with 2 sides which I usually get Cajun fries and a chicken quesadilla. It also comes with a drink. You get all of this for under 6 bucks. Also, the Burger patties are real patties unlike other fast food competitors such as McDonald's and Burger King where the patties look questionable.

I love a cook out restaurant. This location is very slow with the drive thru service. Like really, customers backed out to the street and no movement on the line for 15 minutes. The car in line in front of me just overheated and is spewing hot steam. But it's after 11PM and their lobby is closed. Also, this is a 3rd world problem.

I usually love this place but the service has slowed down. Tonight I stopped for a tea and went through the drive through. The cashier give me my tea and then said "I'm out of pennies, so your short 4 cents" then just closes the window. Now 4 cents will not break me but dang, just close the window on me? I even had change if you would have asked. To top it off, the tea has sugar sitting in the bottom of it and I ended up throwing it away. I love cookout, please make it better.

Really cheap and tastes good. Can’t give 5 starts bc it’s not always clean there, sometimes tables are a bit sticky. But this is still my fav place to eat for $5-6.....UPDATE. Do not eat here during pandemic. Lines are long I had to just stay in the line for 1:20 min!!! If I could leave I would but there’s no way to leave car we’re around me

Employees though more about watching a fight in the parking lot

We were highly disappointed in our visit today. We ordered two cookout trays with nothing special about them and it took 30 minutes to get the trays fixed! When we got our trays they were cold. We could understand if they were busy but they had five customers in the dining area. We went up to ask about the trays and the employees ignored us asking about them.

Always friendly always fast. They have some of the best milkshakes in town. Plus when you need a late night snack there're open.

Excellent! Just like a home grilled burger but without the mess. Oh, and so reasonably priced. Friendly associates too!
